During this
interview, you’ll be guided through many of the
steps necessary to start a business off right.
In it, you’ll meet Eric. Eric wants to set up a
business in the health industry but isn’t sure
how. He’s thinking about selling an
energy-boosting, herbal “green drink” and knows
some insider information about a company that’s
already selling something similar. So I help
Eric with some of the steps he’ll have to take
to get his company going, while we also analyze
the many choices he’ll have to make along the
way.
Eric and I also go over other important areas of
business like writing effective sales copy and
launching a product successfully.
Some of the things we talk
about in the interview…
• How to set up a business from the ground up – how to file for
a fictitious business name, how to set up credit card handling
services, how to get an 800 number established in minutes and
Direct Mail List For Marketing
• The lowdown on pricing – if you have the cost of your product
covered in your shipping and handling… everything else is gravy
• Where to find successful sales copy, why you absolutely must
test it and how to run the test so you’re sure it works
• How to make sure you’re getting the best list possible for
your direct-mail campaign
• What a hotline buyer is and why you’ll want to make sure your
list has a whole lot of them
• How to take the guesswork out of product selection – Don’t
guess what’s hot and selling right now; know for sure.
Through the course of the interview, Eric and I also discuss
another idea worth considering. Instead of creating a business
from scratch, why not buy into an existing business and work on
commission? That way, the infrastructure is already set up and
you don’t have to worry about all the hassles that go along with
starting and running a company. You simply hand over your
product and sales copy and leverage off the efforts of others.
There are many ways to go about doing that, and in this audio
you’ll hear some key strategies.
So if you’re thinking about starting a business, launching a
product, testing sales copy or buying into an existing company,
this interview is for you. It’s full of the practical details
you may not even know you need. Enjoy.
